Changing Passwords in Philips SpeechLive and Philips SpeechExec

How do I change my password for Philips SpeechLive?

If you are a SpeechLive user and have the author or transcription role assigned, you will not be able to change the password yourself.  Password resets must be done by your SpeechLive Account Administrator or SpeechLive Office manager(s).

Your administrator can find the steps for a password reset HERE.

I changed my SpeechProfile password for Philips SpeechExec and it doesn’t work. Can you change it for me?

Unfortunately, due to security reasons we cannot reset passwords for you. We can only make updates to the email address that the SpeechProfile and your software license are registered under.

When you click on the “forgot password” link in SpeechExec and complete the new password details, the new password needs to be verified before it takes effect. You will receive a “verify password recovery” email from noreply@speech.com. This Email includes a link that you need to click to activate the newly chosen password.

We have created a short video that outlines these steps, watch it HERE.

I didn’t receive the password recovery email. Where is it?

The email comes from noreply@speech.com and has a hyperlink in it so it may be in the user’s spam, junk or clutter folder. It can also happen that the Email is blocked by your company’s mail server, in which case you will need to check with your IT department to be able to receive the Email for your password recovery and activation.
